Yesterday I passed by Verdun. after the fire I spotted theses graffiti on an adjacent wall. I like the first picture cause the tree leafs fits great in the background, Its my current wallpaper.

It seems the fire was caused by accident when cooking whit oil, the drunken victim fall as sleep. 5 apartments where evacuated. I arrived near the end of the operation, Most of the damage was caused by smoke and water. Verdun have a lot of old wooden framed houses and it burn very easily. Houses here dosent have a lot of protection between them.

Montreal cheap condo construction around the old-port and canal Lachine are making a lot of people angry they removed thousands of trees in this are whitout replanting.
